Online booking tips for Super Conference attendees traveling by Via Rail:
• You must have a VIA Profile. If you don’t already have one, they’re free, and quick to create on the VIA website. (Select “My VIA Profile” from the top right corner of the home page at viarail.ca);
• Once you’re logged in, go through the regular motions of booking your trip. Choose your travel dates and departure times. When you have confirmed your travel itinerary, select “Book now”;
• Enter in your contact information as you normally would; click “Continue”;
• At the Passenger Information screen, select “Convention Fare” from the “Discount Type” dropdown menu. In the Discount Code box, enter the Super Conference VIA confirmation number 12051 and select “Continue”;
• The final payment screen will show this message “! Your fare has been recalculated with your discount” if the discount has been applied successfully.*;
• Enter your payment information and continue to receive your confirmation
