HOW TO REGISTER:

  • ON-LINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.
    All registration is on site starting on Wednesday morning.

THE FEES...

All conference fees are subject to 6% Goods and Services Tax. The Association reserves the right not to process a registration until payment is received by cheque or credit card. Reduced early-bird fees are offered to spread the workload of the conference and extensions to individuals are not given. Post-dated cheques do not satisfy the early-bird requirements. Membership must be current at the time of the conference for preferred member's rates.

FULL CONFERENCE provides

  • All plenary and workshop sessions in fourteen distinct time slots.
  • Unlimited entrance privileges to EXPO 2007, Canada's largest library tradeshow.
  • The 100 page official Super Conference program
  • The Super Conference 2007 souvenir bag, courtesy of Brodart
  • Social events including the Wednesday opening party, the Thursday afternoon reception at EXPO, all award receptions, the Friday night all-conference party and the Saturday gala luncheon.
  • Coat check on Thursday and Friday, courtesy of CUPE Local 905
SINGLE AND MULTIPLE DAY PACKAGES provide those privileges appropriate to the days chosen. Although there should not be a shortage of bags, if one occurs, priority will be given to full conference registrants.

After November 30, add $35 administrative fee. A further $35 administrative fee will be levied on site as costs escalate.

GUESTS

Administrators outside libraries, politicians not on library boards, Award winners, and other designated leaders are the guests of Ontario Library Association members at Super Conference each year. Thousands over the years have been impressed with the breadth and depth of the conference and of our work. When you register a guest, please help us by registering him or her using the online registration form and choosing the Guest category. According to the terms set up by the OLA Board of Directors, a member must host the guest during his or her conference experience.
No charge.
