Super Conference is big!

With a lot of new people coming to Super Conference these days, planners are aware that with that come new needs. Here are some new things to help.

THE PLANNER ON THE WEB SITE
With this tool, create a personal Schedule in Progress and preliminary Final Schedule with all your choices. Choose more than one session in a time slot while you consider your interests, and then easily arrange your final choice. Here's how it works: Browse through individual session descriptions. To add a session to your Schedule in Progress, click the button at the end of the description. Each session is listed on your personal Schedule in Progress page, arranged according to the date and time. You can change your choices at any time. Just remember to save your edits.

FIRST-TIMERS AND NEW MEMBERS RECEPTION ON WEDNESDAY

Want ideas on how to conference? What to expect? What to look for? How to meet the colleagues you do not know? Want to know more about OLA's current programs? This session for new members and first-timers at Super Conference starts the process.

MEET AT THE OASIS!
This will be the catch phrase for Super Conference 2005. The Oasis is the place to go to ask your questions about Super Conference and about Toronto and to meet friends and new acquaintances. It will be where you exchange coupons for Saturday luncheon tickets. And there will be water... of course!

THE SENSUOUS STRUDEL
At the Oasis, you will find a number of services including a restaurant booking service. A special feature of this service for first-timers (or not) is that, on Thursday, you can leave your name to go to dinner with another conference-goer. Tables are put together to improve your chances of meeting others and to make going out a pleasurable experience. Theatre tickets, too!
