THE ONTARIO PAVILION:
A UNIQUE AND EYE-OPENING DISPLAY OF ONTARIO INNOVATION
The Organization of Book Publishers of Ontario, the Canadian Magazine Publishers' Association and the Canadian Independent Record Producers Association are joining forces to create a unique exhibition of books, magazines, sound recordings, and other media created by Ontarians.
Supported by the Ministry of Culture, this special showcase will provides the opportunity to discover the buried treasure created right here in Ontario - cultural products hard to identify and often hard to find.
The Hon. Madeleine Meilleur, Minister of Culture, has been invited to open the Pavilion as part of a day being proposed for her.

Autograph Sessions
As official sponsor and huge financial contributor to the Forest of Reading program, NBS will be hosting the Forest autographing at their Booth #405. 2004 Winners Linda Bailey, Bill Slavin, Michael McGowan, Larry Verstraete, Norah McClintock, Don Aker and Deborah Ellis are all expected to be here. The authors with nominated books in the 2005 programs have also been invited. A big chance for getting autographed copies of the books into your library's collection. More authors than ever at Expo 2005!

THE FIRST ANNUAL MASS BOOK LAUNCH

Sixteen authors and illustrators will introduce to you their new titles in entertaining five- minute presentations. Enjoy the personalities behind the creations as well as their behind-the-creation stories. Picture books, middle reader age as well as young adult novels will all be available on site for purchase and the authors and artists will be happy to autograph them for your collection. As well, CANSCAIP will have on sale their exciting new poster: 26 letters, illustrated for young people by our finest Canadian artists. The Canadian authors featured in the best-selling calendar created to motivate boys to read have all been invited to be at the S&B booth during EXPO 2005 to autograph the calendar and their books. Invited are Richard Scrimger, Ted Staunton, Eric Walters, Paul Yee, Christopher Paul Curtis, Robert Munsch, Arthur Slade, Ken Oppel, Shane Peacock, William Bell, Tim Wynne-Jones and Roy Macgregor. THE OLA CAREER CENTRE
