What does it look like?

This is a simple chart with a column for each grade level, which provides an overview of the library program and lists collaboratively planned research units, specific skills taught by discipline and general library usage.  This should be attached to your annual report to administration.

• How broadly the library is being used
• Which grade levels are addressed in the library program
• Which disciplines are using the research process
• Shows a continuum of skills taught
• Highlights any special activities run through the library (Reading programs, etc.)
