Here’s how!

 2.   Gather and Document Evidence

        Leadership Roles

What is it?

What does it look like?

Leadership can take many forms. You can be a leader at the school level, or extend your leadership roles to include Board committees, community liaisons, provincial and national committees. The important thing is that you make a difference to student learning. “Leadership based on evidence-based practice centres on the conscientious, explicit and judicious use of current best evidence in making decisions about what we need to do in our schools to ensure the best learning outcomes for our students.” Dr. Ross Todd
