The Boy in the Burning House is also published in Denmark, Germany, Holland, Italy, England and Quebec. Stephen Fair and Lord of the Fries are published in the U.S.A. by D.K. Ink. Stephen Fair has also been published in Holland, Italy and Germany. Lord of the Fries has also been published in Italy. Some of the Kinder Planets, The Book of Changes, and The Maestro are published in the U.S.A. in hardcover by Orchard Books, in paperback by Puffin. The Maestro has also been published in Great Britain (as The Survival Game), Holland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain (Catalan) and Australia. Book and libretto for the opera A Midwinter Night's Dream, composer Harry Somers, originally commissioned by the Canadian Children's Opera Chorus. First performed at The Toronto International Children's Festival, 1988. Remounted in the fall of 1988 for Young People’s Theatre, Toronto, and recorded by CBC for Saturday Afternoon at the Opera. Revised and remounted by Soundstreams Productions, Canada, at the Bluma Appel Theatre, Toronto, in 2003. The opera was performed on CBC Radio 2 on “Two New Hours,” Christmas Day, 2005. A CD was produduced in the fall of 2006.

Tim is married to Amanda Lewis, Artistic Director of the Ottawa School of Speech and Drama. They have three grown up children who live hither and yon. Tim and Amanda live in the woods near Perth, Ontario, Canada on seventy-six acres of far from arable land.
