War Brothers is a fictionalized account of three young boys who were abducted and coerced into fighting for an armed resistance movement called the LRA (Lord's Resistance Army) in Uganda, in 2002, Jacob, the main character, survives his ordeal, but not before asked to participate in genocide. This story is based on real accounts of over 60,000 children who were used by the LRA in this African conflict.
