Matt has moved to a new suburban neighbourhood and is frustrated by his surrounding environment. Using seemingly insignificant items such as rocks and mud, Matt uses his creative thoughts to give birth to "Mattland." As he builds, a girl joins him, and their land expands further. Finally, when their creation is threatened, more children from the neighbourhood come to the rescue.
